Thu Mar 26, 2026 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM GMT Online, Zoom

This year, we’re excited to bring The Big Lunch and The Big Help Out together for one big do on 5–8 June 2026 – a weekend of friendship, food, fun and action, where everyone’s invited to meet, eat and lend a hand locally.

This session is for anyone running or involved in a local community group, project, club, charity (or getting an idea started), looking to know more about the practical, realistic ways in which the big do can help you achieve your goals - such as raising awareness, recruiting volunteers and fundraising.

Join us on Thursday 26 March at 6pm to:

  • Find out how The Big Lunch and The Big Help Out are coming together to create one simple, inclusive moment for communities where everyone is invited to do something.
  • Explore how taking part, with small, accessible opportunities (from cuppas to litter picks) can unlock ongoing community action, involvement, awareness and help for your group, project or the local area.
  • Hear real examples of how other like-minded community projects and charities are using The Big Lunch / Big Help Out to support what they're trying to achieve.
  • Learn about free resources and ideas you can use straight away.
